I became aware of this truth after a motorbike accident in 1992. This was a pivotal moment for me that literally catapulted me on to a journey of Self-discovery and healing that eventually brought me to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda, like no other science, is based on the premise that the body is an expression of the soul. It is a self-healing organism that continuously is striving toward a state of wholeness and harmony down to every single cell.
Once we understand this, we can develop a different relationship with it - one of respect, guidance and self-love.
